When Andrew Dryburgh was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes he was advised that he needed to eat carbohydrates with every meal, but over the years he was having to gradually increase his insulin dosage.
Andrew had tried lots of different calorie-restricted diets but was always left feeling hungry. It wasn’t until he joined the Low Carb Program that felt he had finally gained control.
