“I’m finishing the year four dress sizes smaller”
After joining the Low Carb Program, Diane dropped four dress sizes and has successfully placed her type 2 diabetes into remission.
“I ignored my condition (type 2 diabetes) for 2 years until early 2019 when I went to visit the GP again because I was suffering with a lot of infections and my mental health wasn’t great. Another routine blood test showed my HbA1c had risen to 88 mmol/mol (10.2%) and I was prescribed metformin.”
Following encouragement from Dr. Joanne McCormack, Diane started to follow the Low Carb Program. She’s since dropped four dress sizes and has successfully placed her type 2 diabetes into remission.
“I want to always feel this well, happy and healthy and to maintain it. This is forever now, in past diets I was always dieting for something such as a holiday or special event, it was always temporary.”
