12 Week Challenge- Your first week of challenges!

Monday

The 12 Week Challenge starts now!  Kick off the 12 Week Challenge on the Community section by setting your intention and goals. Where do you want to be in 12 weeks time and which of your health goals will you have achieved? Make your pledge and share it with the rest of your low carb family here!

Tuesday

Get your shopping for the week! Whether you want Meat, Vegetarian, Vegan or even South Asian styled meals, we have a meal plan for you! All that’s left is to pick your plan and sort your shopping list.

Wednesday

Track your progress! Take your first selfie and post it to the gallery section of the program! You’ll be able to look back at the end of the challenge and feel proud of how far you’ve come.

Thursday

Meet Louise! Go to your dashboard and complete the week 1 module! Pick one of the three sugar reduction challenges at the end of the lesson; whichever one you pick, try your best to stick to it for the week!

Friday

Hydration challenge! Get your water right with our hydration challenge!

Saturday

Get your steps up! If you usually travel with public transport, get off the bus or train a stop early to get in extra steps. If you drive, consider parking slightly further away and walking the rest of the journey. During the week, you can also go for a quick walk on your lunch break and if you have telephone meetings, why not do them on the move? If you use Apple HealthKit or Google Fit you can sync these to the Low Carb Program and track your steps by going to your settings and clicking on ‘Connect with other services’.

Sunday

Self-Care Sunday! At the end of each day take some time to reflect on what has gone well that day and what positive things have happened, no matter how small they might seem. For me, there’s nothing better than when you take your umbrella with you somewhere but it doesn’t actually rain!
